Overview
Crescent Value Partners, LLC ("CVP") engages the third-party sub-processors listed below to help provide the Verto Platform. Each sub-processor processes Personal Data only as needed to provide its service to CVP and is bound by data protection obligations equivalent to those in the Verto Terms of Service (Exhibit A, Section A.5) and the Privacy Policy.
Current Sub-processors
Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Azure)
- Purpose: Application hosting, managed PostgreSQL database, secrets management, and operational logging and monitoring.
- Data processed: All Customer Data stored in the Platform, account data, and log data.
- Processing location: United States
Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft 365)
- Purpose: Delivery of Platform notification email and, where enabled by Customer, Outlook calendar synchronization.
- Data processed: Recipient names and email addresses, notification content, and scheduled assignment details.
- Processing location: United States
Cloudflare, Inc.
- Purpose: Web application hosting, content delivery, DNS, TLS termination, and network security (DDoS and bot protection).
- Data processed: Data in transit between users and the Platform, IP addresses, and request metadata.
- Processing location: Global edge network; United States
Customer-Enabled Integrations
The following services receive data only when Customer chooses to connect them. Customer directs these transfers and holds its own agreement with the provider.
Intuit Inc. (QuickBooks Online)
- Purpose: Invoice and customer synchronization, only when Customer connects its own QuickBooks Online company to Verto.
- Data processed: Client names, invoice line items, amounts, and related billing records Customer chooses to sync.
Changes to This List
CVP will notify Customer of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect, by email to Customer's account administrators and by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Customer may object to a new sub-processor in writing within ten (10) days of notice, as described in the Verto Terms of Service.
